The Maritime Countryfest announces five more acts to join Dr. Hook & the Stampeders for the annual country music festival to be held at the Historic Garrison District (Officers Square) in downtown Fredericton, NB on June 9, 10 and 11, 2011.
These include the Durty Nellys, known as one of the hottest, cutting edge pub/Celtic bands the Maritimes has to offer; the group Mason’s Tender combine Acadian and Irish folk tunes with a rock sensibility; Melanie Morgan who has been described as one of the most exciting new voices to hit the Canadian Country scene; and Kevin Davison, New Canadian Country Music Artist from Nova Scotia Canada.Tickets for the Maritime Countryfest are on sale on line at www.ticketpro.ca, by phone at 1-888-311-9090, or in person at East Side Board Supply 520 Queen St in Fredericton.
Prices range from $60 for the All Access Pass, to $10 for Thursday, June 9th, or $30 for Friday, June 10th and $30 for Saturday, June 11th $30.
